Olivia Steinberg is the owner and founder of Your Balanced Plate a Health Coaching practice dedicated to helping clients achieve balance beyond diet.
Olivia is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Bodywork Therapist with over a decades worth of experience in the field of health and wellness. With her background deeply rooted in the study of Biology and having spent time in the field of Western Medicine she felt called towards holistic and integrative healing practices for their ability to effectively address the root cause of many of the issues we find ailing us today.
Her knowledge and experience is vast and built on the foundation of her personal wellness journey. Olivia was once a woman crippled by depression and suffocated by anxiety. She was a women who was tired and wired, suffering from weight gain, unhappy with life, and in the middle of a toxic relationship. Sounds all too familiar, right?
Having built a strong self-care practice and using food and movement as medicine Olivia was able to heal her body and shift her mindset moving away from all that was no longer serving her. Today she finds herself empowered and in-tuned with her own body. With her knowledge, she works with clients to co-create completely personalized actions based on their goals to move them toward their ideal vision of health within their unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.
At heart Olivia is a farm girl turned foodie that has found her way to food freedom and vibrant health. When she’s not coaching clients to better health she can most likely be found in the kitchen cooking deliciously healthy food, at a local fitness studio taking a Barre or Spin class, at a coffee house sharing a latte with a loved one, or on the golf course with her husband.
