Conscious Creation: A Virtual Group Coaching Collective
Johnna Matthews, Personal Transformation Coach and Olivia, Integrative Health Coach collectively bring you a monthly group coaching experience to help you stay focused and achieve your goals.
This monthly series is for those who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, burnt out and not quite sure what to do next. And, in this current climate who isn’t?
Each month we will take time to actively evaluate your activities, decisions and options to support you in making deliberate choices based on your values and your truth.
Through an integrative holistic approach we have consciously developed a complete 12 session course to support you throughout the year! Incorporating the subtle energies of each season (spring, summer, fall, and winter), each monthly session includes a grounding component that helps you connect back to your body, mindful techniques and soulful practices to support you to reduce burnout, create balance and feel confident.
Together we’ll learn the art of creating a life that supports the best version of you. Diving into supportive self-development work we’ll figure out what isn’t working, uncover roadblocks, develop a plan of action, and celebrate your wins to bring you to a place of calm, power, and self-awareness.
