I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not the latest magazine article or fad diet book. As your coach, I will not dictate a diet for you; we will move far beyond the "calories in, calories out" or the "eat less, work out more" school of thought. Together we will explore why some foods, forms of exercise, and lifestyle habits make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback.
Each session will leave you feeling empowered and motivated. We will dive deep beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life like love, relationships, spirituality, and career. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life. Let’s define what you value most from your well-being.
